What is it?
Buckley’s Guide is a free advertorial, coffee table-style annual publication aimed directly at visitors and holiday makers to our region containing:

- Where to eat
- What to do and much more.
It is a visitor’s guide to local and regional
- Restaurants and Cafes
- Wineries
- Breweries and Distilleries
- Specialised shops
- Services
- Activities – Places to play.
Where does it go?
Buckley’s Guide is delivered to all participating accommodation venues within the Alpine and Indigo shires. It is the region’s number one publication to promote local businesses direct to the visitors in the comfort of their accommodation while here on holidays.
The books remain in the rooms for one year and delivered in December just in time for Christmas holidays and the start of the New Year.
This year we printed and distributed just under 3000 copies to all hotels, motels, bed & breakfast, caravan parks, information centres, participating advertisers and some specialist distributors such as newsagents.
What is the marketing reach?
This publication is conservatively in the hands of tens of thousands of visitors to the region each year. Importantly the book is positioned in each room not just in the entry foyer of each accommodation venue.

Buckley’s Guide can be viewed in digital form on either a computer, tablet or phone as a flipbook, or can be downloaded in full from the website www.buckleysguide.com.au
This is active for 12 months – January to December. One click on the index and the selected business is shown on the screen.
Each business has a QR code that links to their website or socials whichever you choose.
Your advert will be looped and appear periodically on all our socials. These posts contain links to the advertiser’s social media or webpage.

In addition, your advertisement will appear on the Buckley’s Guides website in the Explore by Regions section.
This is linked to the advertiser’s webpage for bookings, purchases or hire. On the website visitors can book in advance. when planning their holiday, they can book accommodation, hire equipment, book restaurants and make purchases before they even get here – all on the one site.
